  • Heat 1 tsp of oil in the frying pan, add finely chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste & turmeric powder. Saute till tender.
  • Add the minced meat, chilly powder & salt to taste. Cook till done.
  • Finally, add the garam masala & finely chopped corriander leaves. Switch off the flame.
  • Transfer the cooked meat in a bowl & add gram flour and egg. Mix well.
  • Meanwhile heat oil in the deep frying pan. Take a dollop of vadai mixture & make a round shape & drop them in the oil.
  • Deep fry them on medium flame till golden brown on either side. Serve warm.
