Prawns in chilli oyster sauce

This prawn dish is best eaten within minutes of cooking and certainly with a plate of steamed white rice.

Roasted garlic and herb prawns

- When oil is heated, fry shallots, garlic, ginger and chillies for about 3-4 mins.
Add prawns and all of the rest of the ingredients.
Stir as and when needed until prawns are cook.
Scoop out, place on a serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
