Shortbread with Lemon

Ingredients: 6 ounces/170 g Flour 4 ounces/115 g Butter (soften but not melted) 2 ounces/56g icing sugar 1/2 jar of lemon curd

Summer is coming. It is not exactly here yet, but with the rising temperatures and cloudless skies I can feel it on the horizon. I am ready for it this year after the unpleasantly cold winter we had. When the weather gets warm I start craving
