- Use the carton in the puff pastry package to cut stripes on your puff pastry (about 1,5 inches width).
- Cut triangles in the stripes. Your puff pastry has to be very cold.
- Roll each triangle from the base to the tip. Add some water on the tip to stick it well.
- Put the croissants on a baking tray with parchment paper. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Refrigerate for 5-10 min before baking. Bake for 12 minutes at 390°F.
- Leave to cool down and serve in a bowl with milk !
