Cauliflower rice as tabbouleh
Discover a new way to cook cauliflower rice !
Ingredients
Number of serving: 6
6 oz black olives (180 gr)
1/2 lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Materials
1 blender or food processor
Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces and put it in a blender. Working in batches, pulse the pieces in a blender or food processor until they are broken into tiny pieces.
- Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into little cubes, the olives into slices and finely chisel the mint leaves. Mix them in a bowl with the cauliflower rice.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes and that's it !
