Preparation
- Clean the pumpkin and cut it into pieces.

- Once cooked, pour the pumpkin into a bowl and mash it with a fork. Then add the egg, salt, nutmeg, dried rosemary and breadcrumbs.
- Mix with a fork until all ingredients are well blended.
- Form balls of the same size for even cooking.
- Place the pumpkin croquettes in the basket of the air fryer without baking paper. Spray the surface of the balls with olive oil.
- Bake for 10 minutes in air Fry mode at 370°F/190°C, turning them halfway through cooking.
