Southekayi hasi gojju or cucumber raw curry
This recipe does not require much time and it is very delicious.
Ingredients
Number of serving: 2
3/4 cup
coconut (shredded or powder)
1/4 cup Dalia/Huragadale
2-3 green chillies or to taste
1/8 teaspoon Hing
1/4 teaspoon tamarind paste
1 teaspoon brown
sugar or jaggery
1 teaspoon oil
Mustard seeds
Hing
1-2 dried red chillies crushed (optional)
Preparation
- Peel and de-seed the cucumbers.
- Chop them into small pieces.
- Add the ground paste & tadka
- Mix in salt just before serving.
