How about replacing chips for the aperitif with delicious Air Fryer-roasted chickpeas? Not only is this recipe super-easy to make, all you need is a can of already-cooked chickpeas and your favorite spices. The result? Ultra-crispy little balls that you can even serve on your salads to fill up on plant-based proteins! :-)

  • Air Fryer roasted chickpeas - Preparation step 1Drain the chickpeas (they should be as dry as possible) then mix with the olive oil, salt, pepper, curry powder and Cayenne pepper (or paprika if you prefer).
  • Air Fryer roasted chickpeas - Preparation step 2Transfer to the Air Fryer tray lined with greaseproof paper.
  • Air Fryer roasted chickpeas - Preparation step 3Turn the Air Fryer on to "Airfry" mode at 390°F/200°C for 15 minutes. Shake the tray from time to time and extend cooking time if you wish them crispier.
  • Air Fryer roasted chickpeas - Preparation step 4And now it's ready!
