Air fryer roasted chickpeas

How about replacing chips for the aperitif with delicious Air Fryer-roasted chickpeas? Not only is this recipe super-easy to make, all you need is a can of already-cooked chickpeas and your favorite spices. The result? Ultra-crispy little balls that you can even serve on your salads to fill up on plant-based proteins! :-)

Drain the chickpeas (they should be as dry as possible) then mix with the olive oil, salt, pepper, curry powder and Cayenne pepper (or paprika if you prefer).
Transfer to the Air Fryer tray lined with greaseproof paper.
Turn the Air Fryer on to "Airfry" mode at 390°F/200°C for 15 minutes. Shake the tray from time to time and extend cooking time if you wish them crispier.
And now it's ready!

You can keep them for up to 2 days. Do not cover them, otherwise they will lose their crunchiness.
