Ingredients

Number of serving: 10
9 oz cooked red beans


1/4 cup brown sugar

1 Tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Gluten free chocolate cake with red beans
    In a blender, put the red beans, the sugar and the coconut oil. Finely blend.
  • Step 2 - Gluten free chocolate cake with red beans
    Melt the chocolate, and add the beans puree.
  • Step 3 - Gluten free chocolate cake with red beans
    Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
  • Step 4 - Gluten free chocolate cake with red beans
    Pour into a greased mold, and bake 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 5 - Gluten free chocolate cake with red beans
    There you are, your gluten free chocolate fondant with beans is ready!
