Gluten free chocolate cake with red beans
A high protein and healthy dessert, without any gluten, and the melt-in-mouth texture of red beans!
Preparation

In a blender, put the red beans, the sugar and the coconut oil. Finely blend.

Melt the chocolate, and add the beans puree.

Add the beaten eggs and mix well.

Pour into a greased mold, and bake 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
