AATHUKAL KULAMBU / GOAT LEG CURRY
Preparation

Clean the legs throughly .

Pressure cook legs with turmeric powder for 10 whistles.

Then , add the grinded masala , all the powders and salt .

Cook till the gravy becomes thick and the oil separates out .

Serve hot with Idli .
