A light and tasty alternative to the classic pan-fried frittata: the Air Fryer frittata! There's no need for a mold or frying pan for this recipe, as we've prepared this Italian-style "omelet" directly in parchment paper. Less fat, fewer dishes, and a super-tasty meal that can be enhanced with aromatic herbs, cheese or charcuterie ;-)

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat quickly, adding the grated Parmesan, pepper and salt.
Place parchment paper on the bottom of the deep fryer and pour in the egg mixture.
Set the air fryer to 350°F/180°C and cook for 13 minutes.
