There's no need for a mold or frying pan for this recipe, as we've prepared this Italian-style "omelet" directly in parchment paper. Less fat, fewer dishes, and a super-tasty meal that can be enhanced with aromatic herbs, cheese or charcuterie ;-)

Yes, you can store it for 1 day in the refrigerator, covered with cling film.
