  • Make a Paste with above Ingredients and adjust Salt, Spice to taste.
  • Marinate Fish fillets with the paste and keep it aside for at least 1/2 hour.
  • Heat Griddle on low heat and add 2 tablepsoons of oil over it.
  • Place Fish fillets over the Griddle and cook for 5 7 minutes in low heat.
  • Flip the fish to other side and cook for another 5 7 minutes in low heat.
  • Add required oil to avoid fillets sticking to the griddle.
  • Remove the fish fillets when both side becomes golden brown colour.
  • If need Sprinkle Pepper powder over the fish.
  • Garnish with minced Cilantro and Serve hot with Sambar and Rasam rice.
