- Make a Paste with above Ingredients and adjust Salt, Spice to taste.
- Marinate Fish fillets with the paste and keep it aside for at least 1/2 hour.
- Heat Griddle on low heat and add 2 tablepsoons of oil over it.
- Place Fish fillets over the Griddle and cook for 5 7 minutes in low heat.
- Flip the fish to other side and cook for another 5 7 minutes in low heat.
- Add required oil to avoid fillets sticking to the griddle.
- Remove the fish fillets when both side becomes golden brown colour.
- If need Sprinkle Pepper powder over the fish.
- Garnish with minced Cilantro and Serve hot with Sambar and Rasam rice.
