800g -1 kg White Fish

20 g seedless red dates

20 g wolfberries

2 large slices Dang Gui

1 tablespoon rice wine

4 cups water

1 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • Slice fish into large chunks, abt 4-5 slices.Place all ingredients in a heatproof dish, heat up a steamer.
  • Place dish in the steamer & cook for 1.5 hours. Add salt to taste.
  • Serve warm.
