CELERY DAL CURRY
Preparation

Pressure cook moong dal with needed salt, water and turmeric powder. The dal should be over cooked and mashed.

Then add chopped celery,green chilly, needed salt and water to it and cook uncovered.

Once the celery is fully cooked, transfer it to serving bowl.

Next do the tempering.For this,in a medium heat pan add a tsp of ghee and splutter mustard seeds,dried red chilly and curry leaves.

Now pour this tempering to the above bowl and serve hot with Chapathi, puri, plain rice etc.
Chopped celery.
