- Pressure cook moong dal with needed salt, water and turmeric powder. The dal should be over cooked and mashed.
- Then add chopped celery,green chilly, needed salt and water to it and cook uncovered.
- Once the celery is fully cooked, transfer it to serving bowl.
- Next do the tempering.For this,in a medium heat pan add a tsp of ghee and splutter mustard seeds,dried red chilly and curry leaves.
- Now pour this tempering to the above bowl and serve hot with Chapathi, puri, plain rice etc.
Chopped celery.
