Party wrappers - soy wrap

Ingredients

• Bell peppers - 2 colors julienned
• Cucumber - 1 julienned
• Alfalfa sprouts - as required
• Lettuce - shredded
• Basil - few sprigs
• Coriander - few springs
• Boiled Egg - 2 absolutely optional
• Pepper and salt
• Chilli garlic sauce - few drops
• Soy Wrappers as required

Preparation

• Toss all the above ingredients and wrap it the wrapper.
