Mix warm milk with the yeast and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Put sugar, flour, and egg in the bowl of the mixer and add the milk and yeast mixture. (The yeast should not come into contact with the sugar). Knead for about 4 minutes.
Gradually add the softened butter in pieces while continuing to knead. Finally, knead for about 10 minutes to incorporate it well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Form small pieces of dough weighing 21 grams and cook them in the waffle maker for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds (this depends on the power of your machine).
Remove the mini waffles and let them cool. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and dip one side of the waffle in it. Use a wooden stick if needed. Refrigerate the waffles for 30 minutes.
And there you have it, your mini chocolate waffles are ready!
