Malted milk ball pie

Ingredients

• 1 prepared chocolate cookie crust
• 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
• 1 1/2 cups half and half
• 1/3 cup chocolate malted milk powder
• 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
• 1 teapoon vanilla
• 1- 8 ounce container Cool Whip-thawed
• 1/2 cup Whoppers- crushed
• 1/2 cup Whoppers-cut in half
