Preparation

Combine coconut milk, milk, corn flour & sugar and stir to mix.

Stir in remaining ingredients.

Cook over low heat and stirring constantly till boiled.

Pour mixture into jelly moulds and leave to cool.

Chill in fridge till set before serving.
