- Combine coconut milk, milk, corn flour & sugar and stir to mix.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook over low heat and stirring constantly till boiled.
- Pour mixture into jelly moulds and leave to cool.
- Chill in fridge till set before serving.
