Chicken sausage, kale, and hominy stew

Ingredients

• one onion
• a batch of green onions
• 4 chicken sausage links
• 4 cups of chicken broth
• juice of 1/2 of a lemon
• juice of 1 lime mixed with equal parts of water
• 8 cloves of garlic minced
• a handful of dried cilantro
• hominy beans
• 1 whole can of fire roasted tomatoes
• 4 cups of chopped kale leaves
• sour cream

Preparation

• Start off by chopping one onion and a batch of green onions.
• Then add in 4 chicken sausage links and break them up with the back of a wooden spoon.
• Then add 4 cups of chicken broth, the juice of 1/2 of a lemon, the juice of 1 lime mixed with equal parts of water, 8 cloves of garlic minced and a handful of dried cilantro.
• Then break out your hominy beans.
  Add the hominy and 1 whole can of fire roasted tomatoes.
• Then add 4 cups of chopped kale leaves.
• Mix them into the stew and cover a for 3-5 minutes so it can steam through.
• Serve up your stew with a dollop of sour cream on it and you cant go wrong .
