Ingredients: one onion; a batch of green onions; 4 chicken sausage links; 4 cups of chicken broth; juice of 1/2 of a lemon; juice of 1 lime mixed with equal parts of water; 8 cloves of garlic minced; a handful of dried cilantro; hominy beans; 1 whole can of fire roasted tomatoes; 4 cups of chopped kale leaves; sour cream

Start off by chopping one onion and a batch of green onions.
Then add in 4 chicken sausage links and break them up with the back of a wooden spoon.
Then add 4 cups of chicken broth, the juice of 1/2 of a lemon, the juice of 1 lime mixed with equal parts of water, 8 cloves of garlic minced and a handful of dried cilantro.
Then break out your hominy beans.
Add the hominy and 1 whole can of fire roasted tomatoes.
Then add 4 cups of chopped kale leaves.
Mix them into the stew and cover a for 3-5 minutes so it can steam through.
Serve up your stew with a dollop of sour cream on it and you cant go wrong .
