Croquette casserole with ham (or chicken), cheese and parsley


Ingredients

- 1 pint of milk
- 1 glass of wather
- flour
- half teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs and egg

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the meat in small pieces.

Step 2

Fried with chopped onion without oil.

Step 3

Chicken is thin meat, so some fat should be added.

Step 4

Spice with pepper, salt and pepper powder. Remove from heat.

Step 5

When is warm add grated cheese, cream and parsley. Mix igredients.
