Cook time45 min
- Melt 4 Tbsp. butter in pot over medium heat. Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
- Stir in flour and cook 2 minutes. Stir in the sour cream, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Add the green beans and toss to coat. Pour into a 9X13 in. baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- In a bowl melt remaining 4 Tbsp. butter. Toss in crackers to coat.
- Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
