Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1 libra fish

1/4 cup bread crumbs

3/4 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

1 tablespoons mayo

1 egg

1 small onion, diced

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped, fresh parsley

salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Pulse the fish in a food processor until coarsely chopped (or use a knife, if you're like that).
  • Mix everything together, form 1/2 cup scoops into cakes and fry over medium/medium-high heat for about five minutes a side.
  • Each side should be nicely browned.
  • Serve hot.
