Ingredients

• 1/2 hot pepper, finely sliced
• a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
• 200 g potatoes, grated
• 2 big carrots, grated
• 3 eggs
• 500 g fish fillet
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 200 g breadcrumbs
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• salt
• pepper
• oil for frying
