  • Mix chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and besan.
  • Keep aside for half-an-hour. Deep-fry till tender and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Saute till onions become transparent, add little salt and saute for a while. Add fried chicken and mix well.
  • Finally add chopped coriander leaves. Garnish with onion rings.
