  • In a kadhai, heat the water with the sambhar powder & salt. Simmer on medium flame until the raw smell of the masala is gone.
  • Add the thick buttermilk & cook , stirring continuously on medium flame.Remove from fire before it comes to a boil.
  • Heat the oil for tadka. Add the mustard & allow it to splutter. Add the methi seeds & curry leaves & pour it immediately over the More Char.
  • Top with chopped coriander & serve with hot rice.
