Chop the onion and cut the chicken breast into slices.
Heat the olive oil in a pot or skillet, then sauté the onion with the crushed garlic clove. Add the chicken.
Sauté everything for a few minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Add the pasta and fresh spinach (you can add the spinach gradually as it wilts). Pour in the broth (water + stock cube) and stir constantly. It will take about 10 minutes to cook.
