- Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix gently with your hands, not working the meat too much or too roughly but until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Cover and let rest in refrigerator for one to two hours, or more.
- Form into patties and grill until they are done to your liking.
- Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
