- 1 straw
- 1 small umbrella
- 3 cocktail glasses
Preparation
Press the lime. Combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, and the pressed lime juice in a pitcher. Mix well.
Pour the mocktail into a glass (you can add ice cubes), add a slice of pineapple and an umbrella for decoration. All that's left is to add a straw and toast!
Observations
You can keep your cocktail chilled; in that case, ice cubes won't be necessary :-)
