- In a pan, cook the onions in olive oil, then add the meat. Add the spices, as you like, being careful with the ground ginger.
- Once the meat start to be cooked, add the peas and the soy sauce. Leave to cook for a few minutes so liquids can evaporate.
- Finely, add the fresh coriander, stir and take out of the heat.
- Cut the filo pastry sheets in half. Put some stuffing at one edge, and fold the sheet in half.
- Start to fold into triangles.
- Fry them into hot oil until they are well golden.
- There you are, your samosas are ready !
