You'll love eating your favourite vegetables in this sunny quiche ! Eat it with a salad and ou have the perfect meal !

Ingredients

1 square puff pastry


1 cup cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1/2 tsp nutmeg


1/2 red pepper

1/2 tomato

black olives

Materials

9x9 inches mold

Preparation

  • Step 1 - Carrot quiche with tomato and pepper
    Put eggs + cream + milk + salt + pepper + nutmeg in a bowl and mix well.
  • Step 2 - Carrot quiche with tomato and pepper
    Blend the carrots and add them to the previous mix.
  • Step 3 - Carrot quiche with tomato and pepper
    Put the puff pastry in a 9x9 inches greased mold and cut the surplus.
    Pour the carrot batter in it.
  • Step 4 - Carrot quiche with tomato and pepper
    Bake during 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven.
  • Step 5 - Carrot quiche with tomato and pepper
    Cut the vegetables into slices and put them on top of the quiche. Bake again 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
  • Step 6 - Carrot quiche with tomato and pepper
    There you are ! Your sunny quiche is ready !

If you want a crunchy crust, unmold and bake 5 min more.
