- Put eggs + cream + milk + salt + pepper + nutmeg in a bowl and mix well.
- Blend the carrots and add them to the previous mix.
- Put the puff pastry in a 9x9 inches greased mold and cut the surplus.
Pour the carrot batter in it. - Bake during 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Remove from oven.
- Cut the vegetables into slices and put them on top of the quiche. Bake again 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are ! Your sunny quiche is ready !
Observations
If you want a crunchy crust, unmold and bake 5 min more.
