1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast

1/2 cup Onions, Diced

1 package Sliced White Mushrooms

1 cup Diced Carrots

1 cup Frozen Peas

3 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour

1 cup Milk-1%

8 piece Whole Wheat Tortilla

1 cup Fat Free Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth


  • Cube chicken. Saute in pan spritzed with olive oil.
  • The cook 5 min set aside and use same pan to spritz with evoo spray and cook carrots, mushrooms and onions. Cook 5 min and add peas.
  • Cook 3 more minutes.
  • Add broth, milk and flour and add salt and pepper to taste and cook until thickened.
  • Serve on tortillas and wrap up to eat.
