Salmon and zucchini pasta

This is the case of our latest find: salmon pasta and zucchini. And the advantage is that you can still decline this recipe: with or without cream, using smoked salmon or fresh salmon, adding lemon or not, etc. Try the experiment and do not hesitate to make this !

Preparation
- First fry the onion in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil (we recommend you to chop it finely).
- Wash the zucchini, grate it, add it to the pan and mix. Then add some water and cook over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Then pour the pasta in and cook according to the instructions on the package.
- Now cut the salmon into small cubes
and add it to the pan with the zucchini. Continue cooking for a few minutes, then add some pasta cooking water, stir and turn off the heat (until the pasta is ready). - Drain the pasta (keep some cooking water) and pour it into the pan with the smoked salmon and zucchini sauce.
- Pepper and sauté until your pasta is creamy (about 1 minute). Salmon and zucchini trofie are ready. Enjoy!
