Carrot apple salad

Ingredients

• 5 carrots, sliced
• 1 apples, finely chopped
• 125 mL sour cream
• 10 mL maple syrup
• 10 mL apple cider vinegar
• 45 mL silvered almonds, toasted
• fresh finely chopped ginger to taste
• salt to taste
