Sweet and sour salad with roasted peaches and burrata !

We love to put fruits in a salad, try our recipe and enjoy ! Arugula and roasted peaches are the best combo ever ♥ Just add a burrata on top and you'll have the tastiest salad !

Wash the peaches and the arugula. Drain the burrata and chop the almonds. Cut the peaches into slices.
Roast the peaches :
Put the slices in a hot pan and flip when the side is golden. remove from heat when both sides are golden.
Place the arugula into plates. Put the roasted peach slices and burrata slices on top.
Then, pour a drizzle of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with almonds and some basil leaves. And there you are !
Observations
How to roast peaches ? You can use a pan, a grill machine or a plancha !
I can't find burrata, how to replace it? Use mozzarella cheese or feta cheese !
How to replace the almonds ? Use pistachios, you'll love the combo :-)
