  • To make filling, mix minced pork, fish paste, chopped prawns and remaining ingredients (except Tofu Puff) and seasoning and blend until paste becomes sticky.
  • Make a small cavity of each beancurd puff, turn over the inside.
  • Next stuff in filling mixture until full.
  • Deep-fry at low heat first, then high heat till golden brown.
  • Remove, drain and serve with Chilli sauce.
