Crispy feta eggs: the ultra-simple, on-trend recipe
Spotted all over the web, the idea is intriguing... and we have to say, at first, we were a little skeptical. Grilled feta with a hard-boiled egg? We had to try it! The principle is quite simple: you brown the feta in a frying pan until you obtain a crispy, lightly caramelized base. Then place half a hard-boiled egg directly on top. The result is a highly satisfying contrast of textures. Underneath, the salty crunch of the cheese, above, the softness of the egg... a combo as simple as it is addictive;) Personalize with a drizzle of honey, a little chili oil or a few fresh herbs for even more flavor. And here, we've chosen to use them to garnish an avocado tartine :)
