Sprouted moong salad

This is a simple, healthy and tasty salad. Sprouted moong has lots of protein and is very good for our health.

Ingredients

2 cups Sprouted Moong
1 large Tomato (deseeded and finely chopped)
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
1 medium Capsicum (finely chopped)
2 nos Green chilli (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
2 tsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Coriander leaves
1 and 1/2 tsp Chat masala

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, mix sprouted moong, tomato, onion, capsicum and green chilli.
Mix well and keep in the fridge for about 1/2 an hour.

Step 2

In the mean time, mix lemon juice, salt and chat masala. This is the dressing for the salad.

Step 3

Take out the sprouted moong mixture and add the dressing.
Mix well and serve.

Step 4

Note: Mix the dressing only when you are going to serve the salad.
