- In a bowl, mix sprouted moong, tomato, onion, capsicum and green chilli.
Mix well and keep in the fridge for about 1/2 an hour. - In the mean time, mix lemon juice, salt and chat masala. This is the dressing for the salad.
- Take out the sprouted moong mixture and add the dressing.
Mix well and serve. - Note: Mix the dressing only when you are going to serve the salad.
